If you’re short on time, even just clearing the floors and countertops makes a big difference. If organizing is needed, we’re happy to help—just know it may affect the final estimate, and we’ll communicate that clearly.
You don’t need to be home unless you prefer to be. We kindly ask that if you are home, you allow the cleaner space to work efficiently. Most cleaners follow a set route through the home to maximize quality and consistency.
We love animals! But if you have a protective or anxious pet, please secure them during the clean. Our team’s safety is a priority. If a cleaner feels unsafe, we’ll contact you to find a solution. You're responsible for any injuries to cleaners or damage caused by pets during service.
Easy options include leaving the door unlocked, providing a door code, or using a hide-a-key. We don’t keep physical keys for residential clients. For commercial clients, we can discuss secure key handling arrangements.
